All of my premade jewellery will be sent within 2 working days of the order being received.In the event that we run out of premade stock and have to make the item from scratch we will notify you and give you the option of cancelling and refunding your order or waiting between 14-21 days for new piece to be made.
Personalised pieces such as imprint jewellery will take between 14-21 days to create.
My jewellery is sent out in personalised luxury gift boxes made from recycled material. The boxes are also recyclable should you ever not need it anymore.
I send all my jewellery via royal mail signed for. Shipping is free if you spend over £30 however it will cost £3 if your order is under £30. If you are in a rush regarding your order please contact me via phone or email and i may be able to arrange a quicker production time or send item by next day delivery.
I'm happy to deliver my jewellery to you in any country. International post is £8 and will take approximately 14-21 days.
If you are ordering as a gift then i am happy to wrap it for you and even deliver it for you. If you would like it sent straight to the recipient simply enter their address instead of yours in the delivery address field on the checkout.
Can i track my order?
Yes. All orders are shipped with Royal Mail Signed For® 1st Class and so can be tracked. When we dispatch your order we will add the tracking number for your parcel to your order so you can view its progress.
Do i have to be at home to take delivery of my order?
Yes you do need to be home to receive your parcel as it needs to be signed for.
My item was shipped but i have not received it yet,what should i do?
When ordering in the uk i will update your order with me to show you the tracking number which can be used to track exactly where your parcel is.
For International orders, although i pay for the priority tracking service, as soon as the order arrives in the destination country the tracking stops as local postal services do not provide tracking information for foreign parcels unfortunately. We do however have the ability to start a search and reclaim procedure so you will not be charged for lost parcels and i can quickly arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you.
