What is silver clay?

Learn to make 99.9% pure silver jewellery from a clay like substance

Silver clay is a moldable material consisting of microscopic pure silver particles mixed with water and an organic binder. It is shaped like ordinary clay before drying. When fired using a torch or kiln, the organic binder burns away and the silver particles fuse together.  This results in a solid piece of 99.9% pure fine silver (or 92.5% sterling silver for specific blends).
