Mistletoe necklace

The mistletoe necklace is a charming and festive piece of jewellery that captures the enchanting spirit of the Christmas season. Having read some interesting history about Mistletoe I was inspired to get creating.
In Roman times, enemies would reconcile under the mistletoe as it represented peace and it was also included in marriage ceremonies as a sign of fertility. Druids had an entire ceremony dedicated to the sacred mistletoe which they associated with fertility and everlasting life. With all these amazing meanings what a great gift to give.

This jewellery is designed and hand-crafted by Louise in her Market Bosworth Studio.  As the jewellery is hand-crafted there may be tiny variances from the image shown.  Louise uses silver clay which, when finished, is 99% pure silver.

Each piece comes in a gift box made from recycled materials.
