Art Clay Diploma Foundation Course

The Art Clay Diploma Foundation Course is a full-day silver clay jewellery making course designed for students who wish to progress onto the Art Clay Diploma, an internationally recognised qualification within the jewellery industry.

Held at Louise Anne Designs, this foundation course provides structured tuition in Art Clay silver techniques, combining demonstration, guided practice and individual support. You will design and make a selection of silver jewellery pieces, developing both technical skill and creative confidence.

All jewellery pieces produced during the course are yours to take home.

At the end of the day, your jewellery will be assessed to determine whether it meets the standard required for entry onto the Art Clay Diploma. If successful, you will be eligible to enrol on the diploma programme, creating a clear progression route from foundation level to progressive silver clay jewellery training.

Some experience of working with silver clay is advantageous but not essential. This course is ideal for beginners with commitment, returning students, or makers seeking diploma-level progression.
